Brandy Heaton
Brandy Heaton CFNP, is a highly skilled and compassionate nurse practitioner with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. A proud graduate of Chamberlain University, Brandy brings decades of expertise and dedication to her independently owned practice, Merit Family Medicine. Originally from the bustling state of New York, Brandy has a warm and welcoming approach that puts patients at ease.

Married for 30 wonderful years, Brandy treasures her family, which includes two grown boys and a cherished daughter-in-law. Balancing a thriving career and personal life, Brandy has worked in the medical field since 1996 and remains deeply committed to helping patients achieve their best health. Outside of her practice, Brandy embraces life with a spirit of adventure. She enjoys off-roading in her Polaris RZR, bicycling through scenic routes, and traveling to explore new horizons. With a strong foundation in family, community, and a love for her work, Brandy exemplifies dedication, care, and passion in every aspect of their life.

Originally a Texas Girl, Olivia,NP, is a dedicated nurse practitioner who graduated from Lubbock Christian University. Holding almost 2 decades of experience in the Medical field, she holds a wide range of knowledge in several fields. She provides compassionate care to all her patients and is committed to fostering overall health and wellness with those she cares for. She lives on family time and caffeine.
Married for 10yrs, Olivia has 3 children who all enjoy board games, movies, and crafting together. Balancing her family and a blossoming career Olivia holds respect, dedication, patience and compassion at the forefront of every interaction she has serving her patients.

Aliesha Griego
Aliesha Griego is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Grand Canyon University, where she graduated at the top of her class. With over ten years of experience in nursing, she is highly skilled in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, and is deeply committed to treating the whole person — mind, body, and spirit.

Originally from Bernalillo, New Mexico, Aliesha’s strong Christian faith, cultural background, and family values are central to who she is. Her journey from teen motherhood to a successful healthcare career reflects her resilience, dedication, and unwavering sense of purpose.

Aliesha is known for her warm demeanor and consistently greets each patient with the genuine smile she’s known for — helping patients feel comfortable, seen, and cared for. She believes that true healing begins with connection, and she brings this philosophy into every patient interaction.
Outside of her professional life, Aliesha enjoys spending time with her husband of 17 years, their three sons, and her beloved granddaughter. She also finds joy in hunting, fishing, glamping, and relaxing on the beaches of Destin, Florida.

Kim Kozeliski
My Name is Kim Kozeliski, I have 17 yrs of healthcare experience, including 4 years as a Nurse Practitioner in areas of Primary Care, Hospitalist and Urgent Care. Before that, I was a RN for 13 years in the Emergency Department. I am passionate about caring for patients across the lifespan and strongly believe in preventative care, patient education and partnering with individuals to support long-term wellness.
Outside of the clinic, I am married and have 3 boys along with 2 dogs to keep life energetic. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, finding new restaurants to try and being outdoors.
I value building meaningful relationships with my patients and strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment, where people feel heard and empowered in their health.

Family Nurse Practitioner
Caroline Bourneuf
Caroline Bourneuf is a Family Nurse Practitioner who recently earned her Master of Science in
Nursing from George Washington University, building on her Bachelor of Science in Nursing
from the University of Pennsylvania. Before becoming an FNP, she gained valuable experience
working in psychiatric inpatient care and in the ophthalmology operating room at Johns Hopkins
Hospital—roles that shaped her calm, compassionate approach and deep appreciation for both
the technical and human sides of medicine.
Passionate about family medicine, Caroline is dedicated to providing inclusive, affirming, and
accessible care to every patient she serves. She has a strong commitment to LGBTQ+ health,
inclusivity, and diversity. She always strives to create a safe, welcoming space where patients
feel seen, heard, and empowered in their wellness journey.
Originally from Atlanta, Caroline spent the last five years in Baltimore before recently relocating
to Albuquerque. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, exploring her new city, spending time
with her boyfriend and her beloved cat, and unwinding with good movies and reality TV shows.
Caroline brings empathy, curiosity, and a patient-centered mindset to every encounter—meeting
each person where they are and supporting them with warmth and genuine care.
